The Annuity Experience Team seeks to define the goal state experiences across our partner and member lifecycle by understanding their needs & expectations when working with Nationwide. We translate that into a vision and roadmap for the future, drive planning activities, sponsor execution, drive desired benefits and measure progress towards the goal state. This specific role will initially focus on supporting the new business experience for financial professionals (and may evolve beyond over time). Key responsibilities include: Partnering with the New Business Experience Owner to define the future state experience and plan for near-term outcomes and initiatives Consulting with project teams across the Annuity and Shared portfolios to ensure that we deliver an optimal experience for partners and members Researching competitor experiences and best practices and developing recommendations Researching current state experience of our partners and members across channels and product types and developing recommendations Supporting the creation and maintenance of the future state vision and roadmaps across the partner and member lifecycle Representing the Annuity Experience Team on various committees to help better inform our post-issue experience. This role will work across all areas of the Annuity and Shared organizations and offer opportunities to grow your network and broaden your skillset. Ideal candidates will excel at:   Customer experience research, planning, execution and measurement Analyzing and synthesizing data to develop insights and propose recommendations to improve the partner and member experience Communication and collaboration across the organization This position will be hired on a SuccessFlex basis.
