Standard Job Description Repairs and maintains wooden structures and equipment in industrial and commercial establishments working from detailed blueprints, drawings, and oral instructions. Performs rough to finished carpentry work on buildings, office partitions, benches, scaffolding, framework, platforms, and trim. Operates woodworking tools such as electrical saws, routers, drills, planers, lathes, jointers, molders, borers and sanders. Makes shop computations relating to dimensions of work and selects necessary materials. Basic Qualifications Experience with assisting with the installation/demo and modification of office furniture systems and components, Install/demo metal framing and drywall. Experience with assisting with Install/demo doors, frames Possess the ability to safely use tools, equipment, and ladders or elevated platforms within facilities operations Be able to lift at least 50 pounds and be responsible for daily computerized work order input Must be a United States citizen Desired Skills • Familiar with executing on verbal and written direction • Demonstrate adherence to safety policies and guidelines • Microsoft Office experience • Ability to cross-train in other trades to meet expectations associated with general maintenance and construction principles and troubleshooting abilities Pay Information Full-Time Salary Range: $41000.00 - $76100.00 At Lockheed Martin, we know mission success starts with taking care of our people. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.
