We are seeking a Vendor Program Consultant to join our Casualty Claims Vendor Management team. This role serves as a subject matter expert for vendor management processes and is responsible for overseeing vendor performance, operational effectiveness, and customer experience outcomes. As a key member of a growing and highly visible team, you will collaborate with internal stakeholders, external vendor partners, procurement teams and business leaders to support the ongoing expansion and optimization of our casualty vendor program. Monitor and oversee vendor performance to ensure service level agreements, customer experience standards, and operational expectations are consistently achieved. Develop, maintain, and report on vendor performance metrics, scorecards, and operational results. Build and maintain strong relationships with external vendors and internal business partners. Lead and manage change management initiatives across multiple operational areas, including vendor onboarding and offshore engagement activities. Partner with vendors on workforce planning and resource management to support demand forecasts and maximize operational efficiency. Coordinate vendor audits, reviews, and compliance activities to ensure adherence to contractual obligations, regulatory requirements, and operational standards. Manage multiple
