What Makes This Role Great: In this pivotal position, you will serve as the master architect of Trimble's AECO post-sale partner journey . You will possess full ownership of cross-sector digital collaboration tools, translating frontline customer feedback into enterprise-grade features while directly influencing partner retention and success worldwide . Key Exciting Responsibilities Spearhead high-impact collaborative workshops with global stakeholders to map out and capture critical partner portal requirements . Translate complex cross-functional user feedback into actionable user stories, clear acceptance criteria, and end-to-end process workflows . Partner closely with IS developers and system architects to translate business priorities into cutting-edge technical designs . Drive seamless user onboarding and champion tool adoption as the definitive subject matter expert during worldwide PRM rollouts . Analyze complex usage metrics and partner interactions to continuously optimize platform performance and digital engagement . Essential Skills & Experience 3+ years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst, with a strong background in channel operations, business systems administration, or data analytics . Demonstrated proficiency with Salesforce CRM systems . Advanced capability in Google Sheets for data modeling, metric evaluation, and reporting . Strong mathematical and analytical mindset to evaluate complex platform metrics and usage trends . Excellent communication skills with a proven ability to collaborate across matrixed teams and external partners . Bonus Points For: Hands-on experience with PRM software or Salesforce Communities . Background or familiarity with the architecture, engineering, or construction (AEC) technology sectors .
