GRT Financial is seeking a dynamic and experienced Vice President of Operations (VP) to lead their organization with an emphasis on client engagement and retention in the debt resolution/settlement space. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing operations within the financial services sector, with specific expertise in debt management solutions. This role requires a strategic, technology-driven leader who can leverage systems, data, and process optimization to enhance operational efficiency, improve performance, and support the organization's continued growth. To thrive/succeed as the Vice President of Operations, you should have: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field (or equivalent experience) with 5+ years of senior operations leadership experience in debt settlement, debt relief, or a related debt resolution financial services environment (required). Demonstrated success developing and executing operational strategies that improve performance, increase efficiency, and support organizational growth while aligning with business objectives. Strong business acumen with the ability to analyze operational and financial data, identify trends, make data-driven decisions, and drive continuous process improvement. Proven leadership experience building, mentoring, and developing high-performing teams while fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, innovation, and exceptional customer service. Comprehensive knowledge of debt resolution, regulatory compliance, and applicable federal, state, and local laws governing financial services operations. Proficiency with operational technologies, financial management systems, reporting tools, and data analytics platforms used to optimize workflows and improve business performance. Exceptional communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence stakeholders, interpret business and regulatory information, prepare executive-level reports, and effectively collaborate across all levels of the organization.
