What You’ll Do As a Coiling Associate, you’ll be part of our team located in Danbury, CT. You’ll get to:   Set up, operate, and maintain coiling and related production equipment to meet quality and production standards while following all safety and housekeeping requirements. Work under the direction of the Foreman or assigned intermediary. Set up and operate a variety of machinery such as mandrel coiling, strip machine, wire mills, milling, serrating, cut-off, Torrington, notching, strip feed, or reel side machine; notching machines; finishing machines or punching devices Maintain setups by replacing perishable tooling and keeping machines production-ready. Clean, color, sort, and package inserts/parts as required. Inspect your own work to prescribed quality standards and correct issues immediately. Accurately complete required records (counts, time, and production reporting). Operate inspection and production reporting systems as required. Immediately notify supervision of problems, delays, quality concerns, or safety issues impacting production. .
