Northrop Grumman’s Aeronautics Systems sector is currently hiring a Manager Global Supply Chain Programs 2 to join our GSC Program Team in the support of qualified, diverse individuals in the Development (Dev) Operational Unit. This position may be based primarily in El Segundo, CA; Palmdale, CA; Redondo Beach, CA; Rancho Bernardo, CA; Melbourne, FL; or Oklahoma City, OK. A hybrid work arrangement may be available; however, on-site presence will be required as business needs dictate. The position may also require up to 25% travel to supplier locations and other Northrop Grumman sites. The Global Supply Chain Program Manager (GSCPM) will have cost, schedule, and technical responsibility for a key program GSC effort in the Development Operating Unit.  The GSCPM will lead the Supplier Management Teams (SMT), consisting of Engineering, Subcontracts, Business Management, and Quality to ensure successful execution of the supplier efforts. Key responsibilities of this role: Oversee and manage all GSC activities in support of the execution of this major program  Create project plans, including project schedules and budgets Integrate requirements vertically and horizontally across the project to ensure successful execution Brief Northrop Grumman management and Air Force customers on project status Identify and mitigate risks Work with multiple engineering teams and cross-functional departments Participate in contract negotiations and contract changes as required The primary objective will be the delivery of all contractual requirements on cost and on schedule, while achieving all technical requirements and creating customer intimacy to support value creation strategies and actions.  The individual will lead a cross-functional organization aligned to common program performance goals. Must have a Bachelor’s degree with 5 years of professional/military experience that includes a background in project management, supply chain, supplier management or other related field OR a Master’s degree with 3 years of professional/military experience that includes a background in project management, supply chain, supplier management or other related field OR a high school diploma/equivalent with 9 years of professional/military experience that includes a background in project management, supply chain, supplier management or other related field Must have a minimum of 2 years experience leading a team, process, and/or projects At minimum, must have an
