Join Veritas, a Business of Oliver Wyman specializing in Energy Trading and Risk Management (ETRM), as a Senior Consultant with 3–7 years of experience in Enuit ENTRADE, spanning application support, development, implementation, integration, or enhancement. The ideal candidate will combine strong C#/.NET and SQL capability with a practical understanding of energy and commodity-trading processes and the ability to lead resolution of complex application and integration issues. In this role, you'll lead multidisciplinary teams to help energy and commodity trading organizations solve complex business and technology challenges, shaping scalable solutions across trading, risk, operations, data, and technology. You Bring: A bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Technology, Business Management, Finance, or related discipline. Equivalent professional experience will also be considered. 3-7 years of relevant professional experience in ETRM/CTRM application development, technical consulting, implementation, integration, customization, or application support. Hands-on working experience with Enuit’s ENTRADE platform in an implementation, development, enhancement, integration, or production-support capacity. Experience working in energy, commodities, trading, risk management, or related technology environments. Consulting Skills Strong consulting, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to structure ambiguous issues, identify root causes, and drive practical resolution across business and technology teams. Ability to build trusted client relationships and lead day-to-day discussions with business users, support teams, and technical stakeholders during incidents, enhancements, releases, and service reviews. Experience operating within structured ITIL-based application-support frameworks, including incident, problem, change, request, release, and knowledge management. Ability to lead complex production incidents and recurring-problem investigations, coordinating cross-functional teams, managing escalations, and driving issues through permanent resolution. Strong ownership and delivery discipline, with the ability to manage multiple priorities, maintain momentum in high-pressure support environments, and provide clear status, risk, and decision
