As a Senior Associate of Sales Strategy within the Chase Wealth Management Business Development team, you will help shape the content and experiences advisors rely on, with your work featured in national field forums, leadership meetings and key business initiatives. Job Responsibilities
Help drive execution across the full portfolio of initiatives owned by CWM sales strategy Support the design and execution of national business development initiatives that improve advisor productivity, client engagement, and practice growth. Partner with leaders and cross-functional teams to translate strategic priorities into structured programs, advisor-facing content, and field-ready execution plans. Gather feedback from advisors and field leaders to refine messaging, improve program design, and identify emerging opportunities for business development initiatives. Build strong working relationships across Product, Investment Research, Marketing, Analytics, and Field Leadership to ensure coordinated execution of firm priorities. Required Qualifications, Capabilities and Skills 3+ years of experience in financial services, strategy, consulting, sales enablement, communications or business development. Strong ability to synthesize complex information quickly and translate insights into clear, practical messaging for field audiences. Demonstrated experience supporting cross-functional initiatives and coordinating multiple stakeholders in a fast-moving environment. Excellent written and presentation skills with the ability to create clear, executive-ready materials for senior leadership and advisor audiences. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable recommendations. Advanced proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel, with the ability to build compelling visual narratives and structured communications. Ability to operate independently, manage competing priorities, and drive initiatives forward with a high degree of ownership.
