Job Description: Hands-on manual labor and physical operations are fundamental, core requirements of this position, alongside maintaining strict aircraft safety standards. Candidates must be fully willing and physically capable of executing daily manual tasks in a fast-paced operational environment—including indoor package handling and outdoor duties on the active ramp—while managing essential supporting administrative functions. Primary responsibilities include physical package processing, addressing customer inquiries, tracking shipments, verifying cargo data, and maintaining accurate documentation. Candidates will also prepare operational reports, provide clerical support, and assist with general departmental routines. Exceptional physical diligence, high attention to detail, and strong organizational skills are essential.

Secondary school education or above Fair command of both written and spoken English Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word Physically fit, detail-oriented, eager to learn, and a reliable team player Willingness and physical capacity to perform shift duties inside the warehouse and outdoors on the active ramp Flexibility to work a 5-day work week on shift rotations (Monday to Sunday) Immediate availability is preferred Key Responsibilities: Perform physical package handling and hands-on manual labor as a primary daily requirement Execute operational duties on the active ramp, maintaining strict adherence to aircraft safety protocols Manage customer inquiries and process orders related to shipping and shipment tracking Assist with data entry for shipping records and ensure accuracy through verification checks Provide clerical support, including operational report preparation and department documentation Carry out ad-hoc physical and administrative tasks assigned by management Employee Type:   Permanent UPS is committed to providing a workplace free of discrimination, harassment, and retaliation.
