Position
Overview: The Strategy, Execution & Delivery Lead position exists within the Platform, Infrastructure & Network Services (PINS) department which is an integral part of the larger Enterprise Operations and Technology organization at Freddie Mac. The PINS department delivers a full array of platforms, cloud and data center infrastructure as well as network capabilities to Freddie Mac enterprise wide. This role is responsible for driving operational and project-based business outcomes. ***This is not a product strategy role.*** Our Impact: At Freddie Mac, we make home possible every day, with everything we do. Your Impact
In this ambitious role, you will be required to drive and track business execution (project and operational in nature) as well as achieve outcomes that support the operations, maintenance, and evolution of Freddie Mac's platforms, cloud and data center infrastructure and network services. You will lead and collaborate with teams from engineering, development, operations and service delivery. Your role with be integral in developing, executing and improving processes. You will ensure adherence to established controls and guidelines, with a risk-first posture to minimize issues and downtime. Your work will be essential in executing and advancing the PINS strategy with high standards and accountability.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in IT, Engineering, or Business or equivalent work experience Minimum of 8-10 years of related fulltime work experience Demonstratable Project Management Skills General knowledge of network and platform technology is preferred Extensive experience in Scrum and Kanban implementation and execution Demonstrated success in leading multiple teams effectively using JIRA for work tracking Expertise in mentoring, training, and transforming teams in Agile methodologies Ability to develop and present metrics and reports for senior executives Skilled in optimizing work execution across multiple teams PMI Certification (PMP) preferred Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) preferred Certified Scrum Professional (CSP-SM) preferred Advanced Certified ScrumMaster (A-CSM) preferred Keys to Success in this Role: Persistence in the face of adversity and obstacles Tenacity and organization Drive to deliver outstanding quality Attention to schedules and budgets Positive goal-oriented approach Current Freddie Mac employees please apply through the internal career site.
