With 100+ years of operation under our belt and an average employee tenure of 15 years, come find out what makes The Toro Company the best place to build a career.    What Will You Do?   In order to grow and build a successful career with The Toro Company, you will be responsible for:  Ensure the accuracy, integrity, and completeness of IT asset data, identifying and resolving discrepancies and improving data standards. Execute end-to-end asset lifecycle activities, including procurement, receipt, tagging, deployment, tracking, audit, and retirement of IT assets. Analyze asset data to identify risks, inefficiencies, and cost optimization opportunities, providing insights to support operational and financial decision-making. Support procurement and asset standardization efforts by providing input based on asset data, usage trends, and cost considerations. Respond to IT asset management service requests, ensuring timely resolution and a positive user experience. Perform inventory audits and license compliance activities, investigating discrepancies and supporting corrective actions. Contribute to the development and improvement of IT asset management processes, documentation, and reporting capabilities. Collaborate with IT, procurement, finance, and end users to support effective asset lifecycle management and service delivery. What Do You Need?   To be considered for this role, an individual should meet the following minimal requirements:  B.Sc. in Computer Science, B.Sc. in Electronics, or equivalent qualification, with 1–3 years of relevant experience in asset management Basic understanding of IT asset lifecycle concepts, including procurement, deployment, maintenance, and retirement. Familiarity with asset management principles, inventory tracking, and data management practices. General knowledge of end-user hardware, peripherals, and standard software environments. Awareness of software license compliance concepts and audit requirements preferred. Ability to identify data discrepancies and take appropriate corrective action or escalate as needed. Ability to provide reliable customer service with a focus on responsiveness, communication, and follow-through.
