Lead Field System Engineer

 The FSE will serve as the key technical interface between front-end(customer/sales/PLM/FAE/Service...) and RD  internal functions, enabling faster issue resolution, stronger customer engagement, and successful deployment.     1.Provide timely and effective technical support to customers, sales teams, channel partners, and project execution teams 2.Lead to assess the cusomer's &PLM's & FAE's requirement & solution, and help to offer feasible solutions  3.Drive to solve some customer's issues & quality case by aligning front-end & RD support  4.Lead to techinical training or sharing to service/FAE/sales/PLM and RD other function. 5.Gather the feedback from customers and front-end and insight industry application, and offer useful input for product development      Qualifications: 
 Bachelor’s or above degree in Electronic/Electrical related Over 3 years’ experience on 1P& 3P UPS, or PV or storage UPS or swithching supply power design  good Communication & cooperation At Eaton, we don’t just want to offer you a job, but a journey and experience.
