Title and Summary Senior Marketing Manager (16 months fixed term) Advisors & Consulting Services Services within Mastercard is responsible for acquiring, engaging, and retaining customers by managing fraud and risk, enhancing cybersecurity, and improving the digital payments experience. We provide value-added services and leverage expertise, data-driven insights, and execution. Our teams work with a diverse global customer base across industries, from banking and payments to retail and restaurants. The Advisors & Consulting Services group has five specializations: Strategy & Transformation, Performance Analytics, Business Experimentation, Marketing, and Program Management. Our Marketing consultants lead the strategy development and implementation of campaigns and engagements for clients. They use customer data to provide deep direct marketing expertise across channels, evaluating campaign results and adapting the approach to optimize marketing performance. Travel: Role will be based in either Philippines, Sydney, Australia or Auckland, New Zealand. However, this role would be required to travel to Papua New Guinea and Fiji regularly to align with stakeholders and support onsite program delivery. Expectation to be onsite for at least 40-50% of the time. Roles and Responsibilities Client Impact • The role sits within a large, complex transformation initiative and is focused on delivering clear, timely and compliant customer communications throughout the migration lifecycle. Past experience of planning and execution marketing communication programs in developing markets would be prioritized. • The Senior Marketing Manager will lead end-to-end marketing communications for a large-scale card migration program, ensuring customers experience a clear, timely and seamless transition. • This role is accountable for designing and delivering complex, multi-channel customer communications across the full migration lifecycle, working closely with internal stakeholders, agencies, and delivery partners. • Includes ownership of communication strategy, aligned to program milestones, risk controls and customer outcomes. • Translation of complex, operational and regulatory requirements required for clear, customer-friendly communications. • Ensure operational project execution within agreed milestones and budget. • Manage creative development and media planning, meeting high-quality standards aligned with client needs. • Partner closely with product, operations, risk, legal, compliance, technology and
