Record intercompany journal entries and ensure accurate transaction documentation. Reconcile intercompany accounts and address any discrepancies. Prepare and analyze intercompany invoices and outstanding balances. Monitor and manage intercompany transactions to ensure timely and accurate processing. Collaborate with different departments to ensure proper valuation of intercompany transactions. Prepare accruals for recurring transactions and ensure timely recognition of expenses. Assist with month-end and year-end closing activities. Assist with both external and internal audits.

Proactively propose opportunities for automation. Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance CPA is an advantage but not required. 1-3 years of relevant accounting experience, preferably in a shared services environment. Strong understanding of accounting principles, reconciliation processes, and intercompany frameworks. Experience with SAP FI/CO, and Blackline is an advantage. Proficiency in Excel and MS Office tools.
