What You Will Do
The Wireless System Integration Engineer is responsible for validating the end-to-end functionality of wireless security products and solutions, supporting development teams throughout the product lifecycle, and ensuring successful integration between hardware, firmware, communication protocols, cloud services, and system applications. The role combines hands-on testing, troubleshooting, protocol analysis, automation, and system validation activities. How You Will Do It Perform end-to-end system integration testing of wireless products and solutions. Validate embedded devices, firmware, and system functionality throughout the development lifecycle. Analyze and troubleshoot wireless communication and RF protocol issues. Define, develop, and execute test plans and test procedures. Investigate system anomalies and perform root cause analysis. Support hardware, firmware, software, and system development teams during development and validation phases. Develop and maintain automated test tools and scripts. Build and maintain integration and validation test environments. Analyze logs, protocol traces, and system behavior. Support product qualification, verification, and release activities. Support customer and field issue investigations when required. Support integration with third-party systems and products. What We Look For Required B.Sc. in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Software Engineering, or equivalent. 3-5 years of experience in System Integration, Validation, Verification, or a related field. Experience with RF and radio protocols. Experience in embedded systems testing. Understanding of hardware and software integration. Experience defining and executing test plans. Strong troubleshooting and debugging skills. Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities. Ability to work independently and within cross-functional teams. Strong ownership and accountability. Excellent communication skills. Fast learner with a passion for new technologies and methodologies. Preferred Python scripting experience. Test automation experience. Experience with AI-assisted software development tools, including Copilot, LLMs, AI code generation, and AI-based analysis tools. Experience with protocol analyzers, log analysis tools, and debugging utilities. Experience with wireless security, IoT, or communication systems. Familiarity with cloud-connected and mobile application-based systems.
