Start here. Grow here. Are you ready to take on the role of Hydropower Lead, in our rapidly expanding hydro team. You will be responsible for undertaking both a technical role on projects within our energy business and a business role comprising team leadership and business development. You will be aware that the hydro has a strong international dimension and while collaborating with hydro colleagues across the globe there will be a focus on projects in the UK and Ireland and countries throughout Europe and India (EURI). Projects may include all stages of design from feasibility to detailed design and site construction supervision both in the UK and internationally. Our clients are a mix between large energy utility generators and private developers and contractors. Here’s what you’ll do: As our Hydropower Lead, you will be a senior member of the team and responsible for: developing and leading a high performing team, project delivery and developing and maintaining client, supply chain and internal relationships on an international basis. Implicit in the above, you will review and generate technical and contractual information from both internal and external sources. Other aspects of the role include: Serve as a program manager, project manager, or technical lead, directing teams on major hydropower projects and programs. Lead multi-disciplinary teams to the successful completion of the project, focusing on client communication and delivery Lead the pursuit of major hydropower projects leading major proposals, and engaging with clients.
