Standard Job Description 
 This position is for a functional integrator within the 1LMX Operations team leading and/or supporting functional teams. This role must work across Lockheed Martin Business Areas (BAs) to understand contract requirements and most effectively deliver products and services in compliance with the customer. The successful candidate will collaborate with a scrum team to align and harmonize common requirements and processes across BAs, help generate functional specifications, and collaborate with IT developers to support the development, testing, and deployment of 1LMX capabilities.    What You’ll Do Bridge Business and Technology – Work directly with stakeholders in different BAs to capture, prioritize, and harmonize functional requirements. Lead Requirement Workshops – Facilitate cross‑functional sessions that surface hidden dependencies and align expectations. Create & Maintain Functional Specs – Draft clear, testable specifications that serve as the blueprint for development, testing, and deployment. Collaborate with Scrum Teams – Participate in sprint planning, backlog grooming, and daily stand‑ups to keep the team focused on delivering value. Support Development & QA – Clarify requirements, review design artifacts, and assist testers to validate that solutions meet contractual and customer standards. Drive Continuous Improvement – Identify process gaps, propose best‑practice solutions, and champion a culture of agility and quality across the product lifecycle. Ensure Compliance – Verify that all deliverables meet customer contract terms, regulatory mandates, and Lockheed Martin security policies. Basic Qualifications 
 • Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related technical discipline  • Significant experience with Lockheed Martin operations and manufacturing processes or similar   • Experience leading or working with multifunctional teams  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and project management skills • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple stakeholders and priorities  • SAP experience    Desired Skills 
 • Knowledge and experience with Lockheed Martin’s ERP and MES systems  • Experience with function specification development  • Experience with developing, testing, and deploying new software tools into production  • Experience with agile development methodologies and IT project management  • Experience with one or more of the following:  MRP, eWM, Demand Management, Complex Assembly, Customer Sell-Off, ESH/Chemical Management, Global Trade Services, Material Master, PEO (Production Engineering & Ops, PLMSI( Product Lifecycle Management System Integration ), PPDS ( Production Planning and Detailed Scheduling) , Shop Floor Interfaces, Transportation Management, Tooling Pay Information GeoZone Definition: GeoZones are geographic groupings created by Lockheed Martin to align compensation ranges with regional labor markets and cost-of-labor differences across the United States.
