The Director of Food & Beverage is responsible for leading the strategic and operational performance of the hotel's restaurants, bars, lounges, room service, executive lounge and event operations. Reporting to the Director of Operations, this role drives revenue growth, profitability, guest satisfaction and service excellence across all outlets. Working closely with the Executive Chef and Commercial team, you will oversee budgeting, workforce planning, compliance, quality assurance and business development initiatives. A key focus will be developing and inspiring high-performing teams through coaching, mentoring and succession planning, while ensuring Hilton brand standards, safety requirements and exceptional guest experiences are consistently delivered.
