Backed by a multidisciplinary team, we provide tailored, technology-enabled support across regulatory, tax, fund administration, accounting, data and operational needs—helping clients streamline day-to-day activities and focus on their core priorities. You will maintain accurate pipeline and client data, support reporting and proposals, and coordinate contracting and onboarding activities across a multidisciplinary team.
What You Will Do
Maintain accurate CRM, opportunity, pipeline and client records. Prepare clear pipeline reports, forecasts and management dashboards. Coordinate proposals, credentials, approvals, timelines and follow-ups. Support contracting and onboarding through organised checklists, action logs and document control. Track dependencies, highlight delays and coordinate stakeholders to keep activities moving. Improve recurring workflows, reporting and data quality using approved tools. What You Bring A bachelor’s degree in business, finance, accounting, information systems or another relevant discipline. 3 to 4 years’ experience in business development operations and support, CRM administration, proposal coordination, client onboarding or a related role. Experience in professional services, financial services, asset management, wealth management, fund administration or another regulated environment would be advantageous. Strong attention to detail and organisation, with the ability to prioritise and deliver high-quality work within tight deadlines. A proactive and resourceful self-starter who takes ownership, navigates ambiguity and follows through. Strong stakeholder skills and an improvement-focused mindset, with the curiosity and drive to find practical solutions and better ways of working. Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint, with experience using SharePoint, Teams and a CRM such as Salesforce. Exposure to Power BI, Power Automate or similar reporting and workflow tools is an advantage. Sound judgement when handling client and business information.
