The opportunity
Unity's Grow division is seeking a Senior Business Operations Manager to serve as a strategic partner to leadership and key stakeholders across the organization. This role combines executive presence, stakeholder management, and operational excellence—driving strategy refinement, translating it into measurable KPIs, and building the infrastructure to track and report on performance. You'll work closely with multiple stakeholders to define what success looks like, set meaningful KPIs for the relevant teams, and own the end-to-end process of measurement and reporting. You'll also push cross-functional initiatives forward with go-to-market teams, and own the feedback loop from business and client-facing teams back to Product, Marketing, and leadership—translating insights into a coherent story that informs strategy. This is a high-impact role for someone who builds trust quickly with executives and stakeholders, communicates with precision and conciseness, and knows how to drive initiatives to completion across organizational boundaries.
What you'll be doing
Strategy & Performance Management Partner with leadership and cross-functional stakeholders to refine business strategy and translate it into clear, measurable KPIs Own the KPI-setting process for relevant teams across the organization—from definition through alignment and execution Design and implement the processes and frameworks that enable ongoing performance measurement and tracking Report regularly to management on performance against KPIs, providing clear, concise, and actionable insights Maintain a comprehensive and current view of business performance, owning this domain end-to-end Stakeholder Management Serve as a key partner to leadership and business functions (Product, Marketing, Sales, Account Management), ensuring priorities and feedback influence strategic decisions Translate business needs into clear requirements and drive them through organizational processes Facilitate alignment across cross-functional leaders and maintain strong working relationships at all levels Initiative Driver for Go-to-Market Teams Push initiatives forward with GTM teams, ensuring cross-functional projects move from planning to execution Remove blockers and navigate organizational complexity to keep revenue teams moving Hold teams accountable to commitments and timelines while maintaining strong working relationships Voice of the Business & Feedback Infrastructure Own the feedback loop from business teams and customers back to Product, Marketing, and leadership Build systematic feedback collection processes that capture insights from accounts and client-facing teams Create executive-ready reports and insights that translate intelligence into strategic priorities Program & Process Management Design and optimize workflows that enable revenue teams to execute efficiently across accounts and customer touchpoints Manage complex, multi-stakeholder programs from inception through delivery Drive adoption of new processes and systems across the organization What we're looking for Required 5+ years in business operations, program management, or strategic partnerships at a technology company Proven experience defining and managing KPIs, with a strong grasp of performance measurement frameworks Proven stakeholder management skills with strong executive presence, ability to command a room and influence without authority Relationship builder who establishes trust quickly across all levels of the organization Track record driving initiatives with go-to-market teams Program/project management expertise delivering complex, multi-stakeholder initiatives on time Exceptional communication skills—written and verbal—with the precision and conciseness expected when interacting closely with management and senior stakeholders Preferred Experience in Revenue Operations, Marketing Operations, or Sales Operations Background in advertising, gaming, or technology companies
