Basic Qualifications Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent work experience Typically, 10+ years of total experience in Operational Activities 2+ years of managerial experience Preferred Skills/Experience Thorough understanding of all aspects of mortgage lending, servicing or operational policies and practices  Strong analytical and decision-making skills  Good organizational and project management skills Effective interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills  Well-developed knowledge of human resources functions  Effective supervisory and management skills  Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks/projects and deadlines simultaneously Work Mode: WFO Shift Timings : 1:30 PM to 10:30 PM Location: Chennai If there’s anything we can do to accommodate a disability during any portion of the application or hiring process, please refer to our  disability accommodations for applicants .
