We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Data Analyst who will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting operational, financial, and customer data to improve service performance, repair efficiency, resource utilization, and business outcomes. This role partners with Service Operations, Project Management, Supply Chain, Finance, and Leadership teams to identify trends, develop actionable insights, and support data-driven decision-making across the Service & Repair organization. Principal Duties and Responsibilities : , vibration, thermal, reliability magnetic and systems analyses to Analyze service and repair operational data to identify trends, opportunities, and performance gaps. Develop and maintain dashboards, scorecards, and reports using business intelligence tools. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) including turnaround time, productivity, first-time fix rate, backlog, customer satisfaction, and equipment uptime. Analyze technician performance, labor utilization, and resource allocation to improve operational efficiency. Support forecasting and capacity planning by evaluating service demand trends and workload distribution. Identify root causes of service delays, quality issues, and cost overruns, and recommend corrective actions. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve data accuracy, reporting processes, and business performance. Validate, clean, and maintain large datasets from ERP, CRM, Salesforce, and operational systems. Perform financial analysis related to labor costs, repair expenses, service contracts, and profitability. Track service-level agreement (SLA) compliance and customer performance metrics. Support continuous improvement initiatives through data modeling, trend analysis, and performance monitoring. Job Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Business Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics, Finance, Information Systems, Operations Management, or related field. 2-5+ years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or operational analytics.
