As a Graduate Business Delivery Analyst within our Cyber & Intelligence business, you will help customers understand their needs, improve processes and deliver solutions that create meaningful outcomes. Your work will contribute to critical national security, defence and digital transformation programmes. Working alongside consultants, engineers and delivery teams, you will use research, analysis and structured problem-solving to support effective decision-making. You will also gain experience in project delivery, including planning, resourcing, financial management, change management and supplier engagement. This is an opportunity to develop valuable consulting, business change and delivery skills while contributing to complex programmes with real purpose. Our Graduate Programme Our structured two-year Graduate Programme is designed to help you turn your academic knowledge and wider experience into practical business delivery expertise. Starting in September 2027, the programme will give you opportunities to contribute to different projects and workstreams, explore your professional interests and build the foundations for a long-term career. You will have a dedicated mentor, buddy, project lead and line manager, providing guidance and support throughout your development. From the beginning, you will contribute to meaningful work while learning from experienced consultants, engineers and delivery specialists. What you’ll do Conduct research and evidence-based analysis to identify business challenges and opportunities Gather, organise and manage business and user requirements Support workshops, interviews and other stakeholder engagement activities Analyse business processes and recommend improvements to ways of working Develop business cases, recommendations, reports and client presentations Work with delivery teams to translate customer requirements into effective solutions Support project planning, governance and delivery, including resources, risks, dependencies and change Assist with project financial reporting and forecasting Coordinate activities with suppliers, partners and other third parties Contribute to continuous improvement and business transformation initiatives Along the way, you could develop experience in: Business analysis and requirements management Problem-solving and critical thinking Process improvement and change management Delivery management and project governance Financial and commercial awareness Supplier and stakeholder management Communication, influencing and leadership What we’re looking for We are looking for graduates who are curious, enjoy working through complex problems and want to build a career delivering positive change.
