Job Description
CSLV Senior Financial Analyst HPE Services is a $4B+ highly profitable business with over 130K customers, critical to the company’s success. CSLV (Customer Success and Lifetime Value) is the business organization responsible for HPE Services sales/GTM strategy, sales performance management and customer expansion/retention, in close partnership with geos and BUs. We are looking for a highly analytical finance professional with deep Power BI expertise, strong business and financial acumen, and a proven ability to thrive in ambiguous environments while building trusted relationships across the organization.
Responsibilities
Serve as a trusted finance advisor to WW CSLV leaders, influencing strategic and operational decisions Be a key partner of BU services finance teams on Services sales performance Own and continuously enhance the CSLV Net Dollar Retention model in Power BI, providing meaningful insights on customer growth, retention, and churn. Act as the primary source of truth for related metrics Lead profitability analyses for the GreenLake business, identifying opportunities to drive customer growth and improve margins Partner with Services BU finance teams to assess sales performance and business trends Support key finance rhythms, including flash reporting, KPIs, OPRs, and executive business reviews Collaborate with geographies, Sales Strategy & Planning, and Finance teams to understand business performance drivers and recommend actions Support business programs through financial modelling, business case development, and strategic analysis Drive automation, process improvements, and innovative approaches to solving complex business challenges Act as a secondary WW OS deal approver and support strategic deal reviews. Expected experience & skills: >5 years of experience in business finance or FP&A Ideally some experience in services/solutions businesses and some experience with pricing or deal approvals Strong business acumen, with ability to connect business trends and financial results Excellent analytical skills,, with experience of working across large and complex datasets Advanced skillset in Excel, Power BI, and ideally systems such as EAP, SFDC, and BOE Proven ability to navigate ambiguity, independently drive outcomes and adapt in a fast-changing environment Demonstrated "can-do" mindset with a willingness to take ownership and solve problems Out-of-the-box thinking, curiosity and appetite to work across boundaries Ability to prepare and present meaningful content, including to executive audiences Strong collaboration skills and team spirit What We Can Offer You: Health & Wellbeing We strive to provide our team members and their loved ones with a comprehensive suite of benefits that supports their physical, financial and emotional wellbeing.
