Job Description: Reporting Specialist Position Title – Management Specialist Location – Pune III Job Summary The Reporting Specialist is responsible for developing, maintaining, and delivering accurate, timely, and insightful reports that support business decision-making. This role requires strong analytical capabilities, exceptional attention to detail, technological proficiency, and the ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced, agile environment. The Reporting Specialist collaborates with cross-functional teams to identify reporting needs, drive process improvements, and leverage innovative solutions to enhance reporting efficiency and effectiveness.

Support Senior Director with operational reporting, business insights, and performance tracking. Design, develop, automate, and maintain operational and management reports, dashboards, and performance metrics. Ensure accuracy, completeness, and consistency of data across multiple reporting platforms. Analyze trends, identify variances, and provide actionable insights to support business decisions. Partner with stakeholders to understand reporting requirements and translate them into meaningful solutions. Utilize reporting and visualization tools to create user-friendly dashboards and presentations. Continuously identify opportunities to improve reporting processes through automation, technology, and innovation. Support business reviews by preparing recurring and ad hoc reports. Prepare management presentations, business reviews, and executive summaries for leadership meetings. Monitor data quality and proactively resolve reporting discrepancies. Document reporting processes, methodologies, and best practices. Adapt to evolving business priorities and support new initiatives as needed.
