AECOM is delivering some of Australia’s most critical water infrastructure projects. With major investments in dam infrastructure and long-term partnerships with Dam owners nationwide, we offer an unparalleled opportunity to work on complex and high-impact projects across the country. How you’ll make a difference Prepare and update detailed 2D drawings for Dam projects, ensuring all documentation is delivered to client and industry standards. Support engineers and designers with drawings, reference file coordination, design development, and the preparation of project deliverables. Maintain a high standard of drafting quality through accurate documentation, consistent drawing presentation, document control, version management, and compliance with project and WHS requirements. Work closely with engineers, project managers, and other drafters to manage queries, incorporate feedback, and contribute to ongoing improvements in drafting processes, systems, and standards.

The qualities that help you thrive An Associate Degree or Advanced Diploma in Engineering Design. Knowledge of applicable Australian standards and guidelines. Demonstrated experience in design drafting on civil / structural related projects, preferably in the Dams sector. Demonstrated experience with AutoCAD (civil), Revit (structural), Projectwise, Forma, Word, Excel. A strong team focus and willingness to support other team members. Strong attention to detail, good organisational skills, and the ability to manage deadlines while maintaining a high standard of work.
