A Day in the Life The Cardiac Rhythm Disease Management (CRDM) business is focused on therapies and technologies that help diagnose, monitor, and treat patients with cardiac rhythm disorders. The portfolio includes implantable cardiac devices, remote monitoring solutions, and related technologies that support physicians and healthcare systems in delivering patient care across a range of cardiac conditions. This role supports hospitals, physicians, and healthcare professionals throughout the Philippines by providing technical and clinical expertise, product support, and account management for the CRDM portfolio. The position is based in the Philippines and follows a flexible work arrangement with a combination of field-based customer engagement and remote work. Travel of approximately 50% is required to support customer sites, training activities, and business objectives across the assigned territory. The Sales Representative is responsible for driving portfolio utilization and supporting customer success through technical expertise, clinical knowledge, and effective territory management. This role partners with healthcare professionals to provide product education, procedural support, and solutions that address customer needs while achieving business objectives within the assigned territory.
Primary Responsibilities
Develop and manage relationships with physicians, clinicians, hospital administrators, and other healthcare stakeholders within the assigned territory. Provide technical and clinical support during product evaluations, implant procedures, follow-up activities, and customer training sessions. Execute territory plans to achieve sales objectives, account growth, and portfolio adoption targets. Deliver product education and in-service training to healthcare professionals on CRDM technologies and therapy applications. Identify business opportunities and collaborate with cross-functional teams to support account development and customer satisfaction. Monitor market dynamics, competitive activity, and customer feedback to inform territory strategies and business planning. Maintain accurate territory records, forecasts, and customer activity documentation in company-approved systems. Ensure all activities are conducted in accordance with applicable regulations, company policies, quality standards, and ethical business practices.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree and 2+ years of sales, clinical support, biomedical engineering, medical device, healthcare, or related customer-facing experience. Ability to provide technical product support and training to healthcare professionals in a clinical environment. Demonstrated experience managing customer relationships and prioritizing multiple accounts or projects. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and customer relationship management tools.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in cardiac rhythm management, electrophysiology, cardiology, or other cardiovascular medical device technologies. Experience supporting operating room, catheterization laboratory, or implant procedures. Knowledge of hospital procurement processes, healthcare systems, and medical device industry practices in the Philippines. Experience delivering clinical education, product presentations, or physician training programs. Strong territory planning, business development, and account management experience.
