As the Senior Director, Business Operations – Americas Hyperscale & AI Sales, you will play a pivotal role in orchestrating and aligning key partners across the One Cisco operating model for short term and long-term growth. You will serve as a cross functional planner and trusted advisor, to operationalize cross functional collaboration with strategic partners including the Office of the CEO, Business Entities, Business Units, Supply Chain, and Corporate Strategy as well as run-the business peers across Strategy, Planning & Operations, Finance, Legal, and People & Communities.
Your Impact
Operationalize and synchronize cross functional planning, alignment, and joint outcomes Orchestrate strategic alignment across Finance, Legal, Supply Chain, Business Units, and CX to compress deal cycle time and eliminate friction from conception through approval Optimize business constructs to accelerate deal approval; lead large deal creation and approval processes Lead the overall strategy and execution of GTM in hyperscale Ensure the pre-sales to post-sales lifecycle meets hyperscaler needs Lead long range market planning and analysis, portfolio alignment, and account penetration strategy Drive change management initiatives that translate strategic shifts into operational reality Translate customer requirements into execution through focused Technical Program Management Minimum Qualifications 10+ years of professional experience in Sales, Sales Strategic Planning, Sales Finance, Business Operations, or Supply Chain within the technology sector Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, or a related field 3+ years of direct experience working within a sales organization or managing sales processes, including customer-facing responsibilities and deal-closing execution 3+ years of experience managing enterprise-level customer sales cycles or deals involving strategic enterprise accounts 3+ years of experience leading cross-functional teams, executive-level stakeholders, and external partners through influence-based project management or collaborative organizational initiatives Preferred Qualifications MBA or equivalent advanced degree Deep understanding of the Hyperscaler market, selling motions and customer base Supply chain experience, and an understanding of how it intersects with large-deal execution Familiarity navigating legal/contract processes as part of large, complex deal cycles Demonstrated ability to analyze complex business processes, formulate strategic recommendations, and operationalize execution Outstanding communication and presentation skills; capable of influencing at all levels, both internally and externally Why Cisco?
