Internship Global Media Channels Full-time Travel: 0 Organization: Red Bull Media Network GmbH Job type: Temporary Company Description This internship offers a unique opportunity to support the Learning & Development function within Red Bull’s Global Media Channels team. Working closely with the Senior Project Manager, you will contribute to key initiatives across learning, internal communications and project coordination, helping drive collaboration and capability building across a global media network. Your responsibilities will include supporting the planning and delivery of the Global Media Channels Summit for approximately 130 participants, enhancing the team’s internal Hub presence, and coordinating onboarding activities for HQ and international Channel & Programming teams. You will also help maintain learning materials, support stakeholder communication and contribute to the continuous improvement of training and onboarding experiences. This role is ideal for someone passionate about learning and development, digital media, project management and working in a dynamic global environment. We are looking for someone who can start in November 2026 for six months. Job Description PLANNING AND LOGISTICS In this internship, you'll support the end-to-end planning and execution of the Global Media Channels Summit, coordinating timelines, stakeholder communication, logistics, learning materials and follow-up activities to ensure a successful event experience. ONBOARDING SUPPORT AND COORDINATION You'll support and coordinate onboarding activities for Channel and Programming teams across global markets, including participant communication, onboarding materials, visits and follow-up activities. Additionally, you'll help shape and continuously improve the onboarding journey for new HQ Media Channels team members, ensuring alignment with team culture, role expectations and business needs. CONTENT MANAGEMENT AND KNOWLEDGE SHARING You'll manage and enhance the Global Media Channels Hub by creating and updating content, coordinating with content owners and improving the visibility and accessibility of key resources. You'll ensure that priority information is presented in an engaging and user-friendly way. TRAINING MATERIALS AND LEARNING EXPERIENCES In this internship, you'll maintain and update training materials, presentations and supporting resources, ensuring alignment with the Media Network Training Guidance and relevance to evolving team needs. You'll also contribute to the development of impactful learning experiences that support team growth and performance excellence. COLLABORATION AND COMMUNICATION You'll collaborate closely with your manager and key stakeholders, including teams such as Social Media & Owned Media, to drive training initiatives, align priorities and deliver engaging onboarding and learning experiences across the global Media Channels network. Qualifications Advanced undergraduate students, postgraduate students or recent graduates (Bachelor's/Master's degree) in the fields of Human Resources Management, Educational Science, Organizational Psychology, Media & Communication Studies, Business Administration or similar fields First Experiences in project management, talent management, and human resources are an advantage Strong Organizational Skills: ability to manage multiple tasks, coordinate logistics, support training events and onboarding processes Content Creation Support: assist in preparing training materials, presentations and guides Excellent Interpersonal Skills: clear and professional written and verbal communication Curiosity & Growth Mindset: eager to learn and help elevate our team to new heights (digital media, global collaboration and L&D setup) Proactive working style: takes initiatives, suggests improvements, and follows through on tasks Detail-oriented: ensures accuracy in documentation and communication Interest in adult learning principles: understand how people learn best Digital
