In your role, you may work from the following Medtronic sites: • Mounds View, Minnesota • Boston, Massachusetts As the Senior IT Principal Architect for Medtronic’s SAP Business AI Platform, you will lead the enterprise SAP architecture vision across S/4HANA, SAP Business AI, SAP BTP, ABAP Cloud, integration, APIs, events, data, and automation. This role combines strategic leadership and hands-on delivery, partnering with IT, business, Enterprise Architecture, Cybersecurity, Data, Risk, and Compliance to define technology strategy, governance, standards, roadmaps, and investment priorities that modernize the enterprise and enable AI-driven transformation. It requires deep expertise in SAP architecture, enterprise integration, API management, event-driven design, cloud integration, data integration, and modern application architecture. The ideal resource for this role should be a seasoned SAP professional with a proven track record in navigating both ECC and S/4 HANA landscapes. Your expertise should extend to platform capabilities, architecture, project leadership, security, and compliance to ensure effective and optimal utilization of SAP systems to drive business success.
