Work You’ll Do As a Oracle EPM Integration Consultant on the team, you will: Support the design, configuration, and implementation of Oracle EPM solutions across planning, budgeting, forecasting, close and consolidation, account reconciliation, and management reporting. Work with client stakeholders to gather business requirements, document current-state processes, and help define future-state finance processes enabled by Oracle EPM Cloud. Assist in solution design, functional specifications, testing, data validation, and deployment activities for Oracle EPM implementations. Help deliver EPM transformation programs that improve planning effectiveness, standardize finance processes, and increase the quality and usability of management information. Support integration, reporting, and data management activities tied to Oracle EPM applications and adjacent finance systems. Participate in workshops, conference room pilots, test cycles, training, and go-live support. Collaborate with cross-functional Deloitte and client teams, including finance, technology, data, and change management resources, to deliver business outcomes rather than just system configuration. Contribute to practice development through reusable assets, industry research, solution accelerators, and proposal support where needed. Deloitte’s Oracle practice emphasizes repeatable methods, accelerators, and cloud transformation delivery at scale.
