This role requires flexibility, technical versatility, and excellent customer service skills to address ad hoc incidents and scheduled maintenance activities across a diverse portfolio of properties.   Preventative Maintenance, Reactive Maintenance & Incident Response Execute scheduled PPM activities across all assigned sites in accordance with maintenance schedules and compliance requirements. Complete and submit accurate PPM documentation, test certificates, and compliance records. Ensure all statutory inspections and maintenance activities are completed within required timeframes. Prioritize and manage multiple reactive tasks efficiently while maintaining quality standards. Provide immediate temporary solutions when permanent repairs require specialist intervention or parts procurement. Identify and report safety hazards, near misses, and compliance concerns immediately and via Corrigo (CMMS).   Multi-Site Operations and After-Hours Support Travel regularly between multiple sites including offices, residential properties, and retail branches as assigned by the WE&O Manager or Head of Operations.. Respond promptly to ad hoc maintenance requests, incidents, and service calls across assigned sites inclusive of the client's headquarters, branch network, residences, and holiday homes. Assess emergency situations, implement immediate safety measures, and coordinate specialist support when required. Maintain communication with the facilities management team and clients during out-of-hours incidents. Perform emergency callouts during after-hours periods, nights, and weekends as per the established on-call rotation schedule provided by the WE&O Manager or Head of Operations. Health & Safety Ensure all safety procedures are maintained at all times.
