As a Product Portfolio Delivery Lead in Business Banking, you will drive portfolio-level coordination and product operations across the development lifecycle, ensuring work is sequenced effectively and communicated transparently. You will partner closely with cross-functional product leaders to align priorities, manage capacity, and support consistent delivery practices. You will also help improve processes and tooling—leveraging automation and artificial intelligence where appropriate—to increase efficiency and visibility across the product portfolio.
Job responsibilities
Lead portfolio intake and prioritization to align initiatives to customer value and strategic objectives and key results (OKRs). Build and maintain portfolio roadmaps and quarterly plans, including sequencing, dependencies, and investment planning support. Drive coordination across cross-functional product teams to improve alignment, decision-making, and delivery readiness. Manage capacity and delivery rhythm to help ensure top priorities are appropriately resourced and outcomes are predictable. Facilitate planning and delivery ceremonies and working sessions to support consistent execution and timely follow-through. Standardize operating frameworks, processes, and tools to strengthen transparency, governance, and product health reporting. Use automation and artificial intelligence to streamline planning, reporting, documentation, and operational workflows. Track portfolio risks, issues, and decisions, and escalate thoughtfully with clear options and recommended paths forward. Prepare concise, audience-appropriate communications for stakeholders and senior leaders on progress, risks, and outcomes. Required qualifications, capabilities and skills 7 years of experience in product management, product operations, portfolio delivery, or a closely related domain. Experience leading intake, evaluating opportunities, and prioritizing work across discovery and delivery using objective value criteria. Experience building and governing quarterly plans and roadmaps, including sequencing, dependencies, and stakeholder alignment. Demonstrated ability to manage capacity views, trade-offs, and delivery cadence across multiple initiatives. Experience facilitating agile planning and delivery ceremonies and reinforcing consistent delivery practices across teams. Experience defining, tracking, and using cross-product metrics to monitor product health and surface delivery risks early. Experience partnering cross-functionally with product, design, technology, data and analytics, marketing, and risk/control stakeholders. Demonstrated written and verbal communication skills, including creating concise updates for senior leaders with clear decisions and actions. Practical experience using automation and artificial intelligence tools to improve operational efficiency (e.g., planning, reporting, intake, documentation, analysis). Demonstrated ability to design, simplify, and scale operational processes and frameworks that improve transparency and productivity. Preferred qualifications, capabilities and skills Experience supporting product portfolio governance for a multi-team product space. Experience improving operating models through process redesign, tooling enhancements, and measurable continuous improvement. Experience creating executive-ready narratives and materials for recurring business reviews and ad hoc updates. Experience working in a highly regulated environment with risk and control stakeholders
