Job Description
Role Purpose The purpose of this role is to define project scope basis the client requirements, manage engagement economics as per the project estimates and collaborate with senior client stakeholders to resolve delivery issues. ͏
Areas of responsibility           Project Planning         "Develop project scope based on business and resource requirements for a single Line of Business (LOB), ensuring alignment with business objectives and stakeholder expectations." Scope, Schedule, and Configuration Management-"Review key project deliverables prepared by the team to ensure alignment with client expectations, quality standards, and contractual SLAs. Provide feedback, guide technical leads in implementing improvements. Create weekly and monthly MIS reports for single LOB to track operational, quality, and fulfilment parameters. Escalate deviations from project charter promptly and ensure corrective actions to maintain compliance."
