Summary Primarily on phones and resolving conflicts in the queues. Taking inbound calls and making outbound calls to providers' offices and members. Assisting Pharmacists. Typing prescriptions, initiating refill requests. Learning how Mail Order works and being able to navigate our different computer applications (outlook, LINKS, compass, TEAMS) Schedule is Monday through Friday Required Qualifications Hawaii Technician Registered as of January 1, 2026. Minimum of one to three years' experience in customer service or a related role, including experience in research and problem resolution. Strong skills in the area of research, analysis, and problem resolution Proficient computer skills and strong data entry skills are required. Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to work effectively with plan members. Ability to prioritize and quickly adapt to changing needs in the department. Ability to read written prescriptions, required. Health insurance background and knowledge of pharmacy terminology, preferred.

Previous Pharmacy or customer service experience.

High School Diploma Anticipated Weekly Hours 40 Time Type Full time Pay Range The typical pay range for this role is: $17.00 - $34.15 This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls.  The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors.  This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.    Our people fuel our future.
