Phillips 66 & YOU - Together we can fuel the future As a Specialist II, Maintenance Planning & Scheduling , you will support effective planning and coordination of maintenance activities to optimize equipment availability, minimize downtime, and ensure safe, compliant operations across facilities. What You’ll Do
Plan, scope, and estimate maintenance activities; develop work packages; coordinate with operations, engineering, and contractors to ensure efficient execution. Analyze maintenance needs, optimize schedules, and bundle work to reduce operational interruptions. Review and validate work order data, support audits and inspections, and contribute to long-range maintenance planning. Support quality assurance by coordinating inspections, monitoring compliance with procedures, and assisting with process improvement initiatives. Collect and analyze maintenance data, track component history, and support reporting to measure maintenance effectiveness and resource utilization.
What You’ll Bring – Required
Legally authorized to work in the job posting country High School Diploma or GED equivalent 3 or more years of maintenance planning, scheduling, or related experience Basic or greater SAP knowledge or similar maintenance planning systems Intermediate proficiency with spreadsheets and word processing tools

Associate’s or bachelor’s degree Advanced SAP knowledge Experience managing large or complex maintenance or construction projects Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills Experience troubleshooting and maintaining industrial or pipeline/terminal equipment Experience coordinating maintenance or construction activities Basic project management skills and familiarity with SAP or similar CMMS
Compensation Range This position has a base salary range of $108,900 - $133,100. At Phillips 66, we are committed to pay transparency and competitive, equitable compensation. Each role is assigned a salary grade with a defined pay range, benchmarked against industry peers. Midstream The Phillips 66 Midstream business is a safe, reliable, and trusted provider for the movement, storage, gathering, and processing of liquid or gas energy via pipelines or terminals. We are an industry leader in logistics and operate or manage more than 70,000 miles of pipelines that transport crude oil from oil fields to refineries and finished products from refineries to storage terminals. We operate 39 terminals that supply finished products to consumer gas stations, as well as crude oil and NGL storage terminals and NGL fractionation facilities. Our capabilities include extensive natural gas gathering and processing operations, enhancing our wellhead-to-market strategy.
