The Market Access AI platform is ConvergeHEALTH's initiative reimagining how life sciences companies manage payer contracting, formulary compliance, and gross-to-net performance — replacing fragmented manual processes with intelligent, agentic workflows built to scale with portfolio complexity and commercial growth.

Summary As a Product Manager for Market Access AI, you will shape the strategic direction of a next-generation market access platform that is transforming how pharmaceutical and biotech commercial organizations operate. Sitting at the intersection of industry expertise and product vision, you will collaborate with the practice leaders in market access domain to shape where the product goes and why — driving measurable impact for life sciences companies navigating an increasingly complex payer landscape.
