Job Description
Purpose: Senior technical lead responsible for the design, architecture, and advanced operational support of microsegmentation (Guardicore) and firewall policy management (Tufin) solutions. Acts as escalation point and technical authority for the L2 team.
Key Responsibilities
Design and architect microsegmentation strategies using Guardicore for complex enterprise environments Lead Tufin platform administration, advanced troubleshooting, and integration with security ecosystems Act as L3 escalation point for complex incidents involving segmentation and firewall policies Define security policies, standards, and best practices for both platforms Lead automation initiatives to streamline firewall change management and policy enforcement Conduct capacity planning, platform upgrades, and lifecycle management Mentor and guide L2 engineers on both Guardicore and Tufin technologies Collaborate with client security architects and stakeholders on strategic projects Produce HLD/LLD documentation and technical proposals Drive continuous improvement and innovation in security operations Required Skills: 5+ years of experience in network security engineering 3+ years hands-on experience with Guardicore/Akamai microsegmentation 3+ years hands-on experience with Tufin (SecureTrack, SecureChange, SecureApp) Expert knowledge of zero-trust architecture and microsegmentation design Advanced firewall expertise across multiple vendors (Palo Alto, Fortinet, Check Point) Strong scripting and automation skills (Python, REST APIs, Ansible) Experience leading technical teams and mentoring junior engineers Excellent communication skills in English and Spanish Desirable: CISSP, CCSE, PCNSE, or equivalent certifications Guardicore/Akamai and Tufin certifications Experience with SIEM integration and security orchestration (SOAR) Cloud security experience (AWS, Azure, GCP) #LI-DNI At DXC Technology, we believe strong connections and community are key to our success.
