Summary As a member of the Strategic Intelligence and Automation team you will be part of a nimble team that lives in and amongst data. We specialize in automating the movement of data, integrating data analysis to create new business processes, and reporting  the findings of our analysis. As part of the team you will: Build ETL workflows using Dataiku and Python to receive, manipulate and populate data. Support direct team members in testing and troubleshooting and documenting work. Actively contribute to team meetings, brainstorming sessions, and collaborative projects, including sharing ideas, providing feedback, and contributing to the overall goals and objectives of the team. Contributes to knowledge management initiatives to ensure that knowledge and best practices are understood and shared across the organization. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, clinical support, and designers, to gather and document product requirements. Investigate data to answer stakeholder questions and support decision-making. Aid in retaining our client base by researching and resolving client issues by writing queries and analyzing data. Assist in maintaining our integrated high-performance culture. To be a candidate for this you will possess the following: Problem solving and decision-making skills. Ability to work well independently on multiple projects at the same time. Ability to work well in a team environment. Excellent communication skills including presentation skills. Ability to understand and describe data structures.

At least 5 years of work experience. 4+ years of experience with multiple SQL dialects (T-SQL, Google BigQuery, Oracle). 4+ years of experience with Python. 4+ years of experience with ETL work using Dataiku or Alteryx. 4+ years of experience in a data engineering role. 4+ years of experience using project management and Repo application, Azure Devops is a plus.

Experience managing a team of coders. 6+ years with multiple SQL dialects (T-SQL, Google BigQuery, Oracle). 6+ years’ experience with Python. 6+ years’ experience with ETL work using Dataiku or Alteryx. 6+ years in a data engineering role. 6+ years using Azure Devops and Repos for project management. Healthcare data, Prior Authorization or Clinical Operations experience. Experience building AI solutions.

Bachelor’s Degree required. Master’s Degree in data or analytics field preferred. Anticipated Weekly Hours 40 Time Type Full time Pay Range The typical pay range for this role is: $60,300.00 - $145,860.00 This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls.  The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors.  This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.    Our people fuel our future.
