Deployed Strategist

Job: You will own customer outcomes across Parallel's strategic accounts and make retention and expansion a deliberate motion as we scale. You'll define what success looks like with our customers before go-live and build the dashboard tying every metric back to the economic case the GTM team sold against. You'll partner with Deployed Engineering on strategic deployments, build reference architectures for the workloads the customer base is concentrating around, and run a structured operating cadence that turns realized ROI into expansion, renewals, and references the AE team carries into the next deal. You'll also own the customer → product feedback loop, routing usage signals and friction patterns into prioritized input Product can act on. You: Have run post-sale at an infrastructure or AI company and can speak credibly about agent frameworks, background-agent workloads, and how our APIs compose into a real customer workflow. You've defined outcome metrics tied to commercial impact before, and you know the difference between a customer who's using the product and a customer whose ROI is visible enough to expand against. You see expansion whitespace early, you know when a renewal is at risk before the QBR, and you're energized by building the function from scratch rather than inheriting one.
