Job ID: 17229 Location: Prague, Czech Republic Reports to: Team Leader Collections Contract type: Permanent, Full time Your Role & Team in a Nutshell As a Collection Specialist, you will be part of Newell’s Global Business Services (GBS). You will be responsible for performing debt collection duties for the assigned EMEA customer accounts according to the FSCM procedures. You’ll be part of an international, close-knit team in the newly opened Prague office. We will help you achieve your goals and develop by providing regular feedback and access to online training courses. Your Key Responsibilities:
Perform collection duties according to the work list and to priorities other than the work list. This includes highlighting root cause issues to involve responsible process owners, Create dispute cases according to customers communication, Provide regular updates of key "overdue" customers (e.g. Top 30 overdue report), Perform actions and participate in projects to ensure update and clean customer ledgers (adjustment forms, write offs, bad debt reviews etc.), Establish and maintain relationships with external and internal customers (sales, customer service, credit risk etc.), Support migrations, mergers, divestitures when required, Engage in process improvement initiatives and related projects, Ensure compliance with SOX and internal rules and regulations where directed, Other tasks related to the role required by your team leader and Newell GBS management.
What You’ll Need Minimum:
Fluency in Italian and English, Proficiency in MS office (Word, Excel etc.), Strong team player with integrity, Flexibility, good prioritization with analytical approach, Results oriented, with organized ways of working, and excellent communication.

Relevant experience in AR, Collections or similar field, Experience with SAP, Fluency in another European language.
