The Opportunity
We're looking for an enthusiastic Production Team Member to join our team on a permanent Full-Time basis , working 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday at our Yatala, QLD site. This hands-on role offers variety and the opportunity to develop skills across multiple areas of our operation. You'll be part of a collaborative and supportive team, helping to ensure our production processes run safely, efficiently and to the highest quality standards. Working hours are 8-hour shifts , with start and finish times varying between 6:00am and 3:30pm , depending on operational requirements. About the Role
Operate production machinery and equipment safely and efficiently. Monitor production activities and identify, troubleshoot and escalate issues that may impact production targets. Complete quality checks to ensure products meet required standards. Maintain high standards of cleanliness by cleaning and sanitising production areas and equipment. Support line set-ups, changeovers and material handling to ensure seamless operations. Build your skills across multiple areas of the site, including machine operation, cooler refurbishment and forklift driving (where licensed). Follow food safety, quality, safety and environmental procedures at all times. Contribute to a positive team culture and continuous improvement initiatives.
About You
Experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably within FMCG (beverage manufacturing experience will be highly regarded). A current Forklift Licence and forklift operating experience . Strong teamwork, collaboration and communication skills. Effective time management and problem-solving capabilities. A commitment to workplace safety and quality standards. Knowledge of Food Safety, Quality, Safety and Environmental requirements. Basic computer skills, including experience using Microsoft Office applications. A positive attitude, willingness to learn and a strong work ethic.
