AECOM is seeking an Assistant Project Manager to be based in Tampa, Florida. Join our team of dedicated professionals committed to excellence, safety, and innovation.

Assists the Project Management team with management administration on a moderate size and scope project, or a portion of a large size and scope project, following set guidelines for completion of tasks. Organizes and carries out most assignments in accordance with standard practices, instructions, or previous training. Interact with Superintendents to address project questions/issues. Assists with and monitors change orders and other construction documentation. Review project costs and scheduling to ensure completion of project within budget and in conformance with contract. Attend meetings and report on project tasks as needed. May provide technical direction and guidance to subordinate managers, enforces company and project policies.

Minimum Requirements: BA/BS in Engineering, Construction Management or relevant curriculum + 2 years of relevant experience or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education.

Experience from a larger GC is preferred. Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook). OSHA 10, 30. The ability to read and interpret drawings. Experience with building envelope trades and other relevant subcontractors. Experience with Procore, Bluebeam or other relevant construction management software. Exposure to project scheduling.
