Corning’s Display Technologies segment manufactures glass substrates for active matrix liquid crystal displays (“LCDs”) that are used primarily in LCD televisions, notebook computers and flat panel desktop monitors. Key Responsibilities
Oversee strategic programs that support business performance, operational excellence, and long-term organizational priorities. Own the end-to-end execution of high-impact initiatives, ensuring alignment with corporate strategy, business objectives, and executive leadership priorities. Develop data-driven growth, investment, and go-to-market strategies, translating insights into actionable business recommendations. Partner with senior leaders across business, technology, finance, and operations to identify, prioritize, and accelerate strategic growth opportunities. Independently lead large-scale, complex projects, driving decision-making, managing key stakeholders, and delivering outcomes with minimal oversight. Proactively engage across the corporation to build alignment, influence strategic direction, and resolve cross-functional challenges. Represent strategic initiatives with executive stakeholders, preparing recommendations, presenting insights, and driving discussions with senior leadership Experiences/Education - Required
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Science, or related required 5-10 yrs+ years of experience in strategy, consulting, business transformation, or corporate development Demonstrated ability to solve complex, ambiguous business challenges using data-driven insights Proven experience influencing senior stakeholders and driving alignment across functions Track record of leading cross-functional teams to deliver measurable business outcomes Demonstrated leadership in managing project & people across functions and regions Experiences/Education - Desired
