Every day, you'll help customers when their mobile phone or connected device has been lost, stolen, or damaged, guiding them through the claims process and making a real difference when they need support most. You'll support customers with insurance claims for mobile phones and other connected devices, ensuring a smooth and positive claims experience. No previous claims experience? No problem. As part of our European Claims team, you'll: Assess and process insurance claims for lost, stolen, or damaged devices Support customers throughout the claims journey with empathy and professionalism Investigate claim information and make fair, evidence-based claim decisions Communicate with customers via email and internal systems Ensure claims are handled efficiently and in line with company guidelines Work collaboratively with colleagues to deliver an excellent customer experience What We're Looking For We're more interested in your attitude and customer-focused mindset than specific industry experience.
