Position
Overview The Talent Acquisition Advisor will serve as a dedicated recruitment lead supporting JLL's Facilities Operations clients, delivering end-to-end talent acquisition services for facility management, operations, engineering, and technical roles. This position requires deep expertise in facilities management recruitment and the ability to function as a strategic workforce planning partner.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Recruitment Partnership Partner with client leadership and hiring managers to understand workforce needs, operational requirements, and talent gaps. Develop and execute tailored recruitment strategies that align with client business objectives and facilities operations demands. Provide market intelligence on talent availability, compensation trends, and competitive landscape within facilities management. Full-Cycle Recruitment Manage complete recruitment lifecycle for facilities operations positions including Facility Managers, Operations Managers, Chief Engineers, HVAC Technicians, Maintenance Supervisors, and Building Engineers. Source passive and active candidates through multiple channels including professional networks, industry associations, and technical communities. Conduct comprehensive candidate assessments evaluating technical competencies, certifications, and cultural fit. Stakeholder Management Serve as primary talent acquisition point of contact for assigned client account. Build strong relationships with client decision-makers and hiring managers, maintaining regular communication on pipeline status, market conditions, and recruitment metrics. Manage expectations and provide consultative guidance on hiring strategies, job requirements, and selection processes. Candidate Experience Deliver exceptional candidate experience throughout recruitment process, maintaining professionalism and timely communication. Guide candidates through interview preparation, offer negotiation, and onboarding coordination. Build talent pipelines and maintain relationships with high-quality candidates for future opportunities. Compliance and Process Excellence Ensure all recruitment activities comply with employment laws, JLL policies, and client-specific requirements. Maintain accurate documentation in applicant tracking systems. Track and report on key recruitment metrics including time-to-fill, quality-of-hire, source effectiveness, and candidate satisfaction.
Required Qualifications
Experience 5+ years of talent acquisition experience with at least 3 years recruiting for facilities management, operations, or building engineering roles. Proven track record sourcing and placing technical facilities positions across multiple levels. Experience managing client-dedicated or embedded recruitment functions preferred. Industry Knowledge Strong understanding of facilities operations including building systems, maintenance functions, and engineering disciplines. Familiarity with industry certifications such as CFM, FMP, CEng, HVAC certifications, and trade licenses. Knowledge of facilities management organizational structures and career progression paths. Technical Skills Proficiency with applicant tracking systems and recruitment technologies. Advanced sourcing capabilities using LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search techniques, and industry-specific platforms. Experience with recruitment analytics and reporting
