Lead and direct cross-functional operational teams to streamline processes, elevate product quality, maximize yield, and drive operational efficiency Design and implement robust process monitoring frameworks and key performance indicators to enable proactive risk management and foster a culture of continuous improvement Spearhead the integration of new processes and systems into operations, ensuring product quality standards and business delivery commitments are consistently met Champion cross-functional collaboration to strengthen process capability, minimize variation, and sustain a high standard of operational excellence Qualifications Required : 15+ years of experience in operations, Process engineering, or a high-volume manufacturing environment Minimum 10 years in a leadership or managerial role leading operation teams across various functions. Preferred : Proven experience in process optimization, performance improvement, and quality management Experience in operational process control, system implementation, and new process transfer into production environments Skills : Demonstrated experience in cross-functional collaboration with operations, quality, engineering and other business functions Additional Information #LI-SK1 WD thrives on the power and potential of diversity.
