Become a part of our caring community The Senior Business Intelligence Engineer solves complex business problems using data from internal and external sources to provide insight to decision-makers. The Senior Business Intelligence Engineer work assignments involve moderately complex to complex issues where the analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of variable factors. You will report to the Associate Director of Business Intelligence. The Senior Finance Business Intelligence Engineer position responsibilities include: Support internal specialty team with data analytics and reports. Manage relationship with venders providing specialty care for specific medical conditions. Transform monthly payer financial data into standardized accounting format. Use your skills to make an impact Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree and 5 or more years of data analytics experience OR Master's degree and 3 or more years of experience· Advanced in SQL Query Development Advanced in Power BI report development (i.e., DAX, bookmarks, and data modeling) Familiarity with healthcare financial data or claims. Prior experience creating analytics solutions for several healthcare sectors Analyze data to solve several business problems and create data visualizations that drive strategic direction Communicate updates and resolutions to customers, partners, senior leadership.
