Job role/opportunity: EY’s approach to business planning - and specifically workforce planning - is being driven to support better business decisions for the short and longer term enabling the business to be more responsive to the disruptive forces in our market such as automation, new revenue streams and the gig economy.    Workforce planning capability is being progressively developed across EY with our aspiration to build an industry leading organizational capability and supporting toolkit, enabling a competitive edge in our markets. The deployment journey will build upon an internal network of capable workforce planners, able to inform the business with insights to make decisions using a series of business decision making support tools and enable the workforce process to make it happen where it is not yet implemented. We are investing in the Workforce Planning Centre of Excellence to deliver this.   Workforce Planning Associate is responsible for completing the assigned workforce planning functional transaction or work activities of Managed Services in accordance with the established policies, procedures and service level agreements of GDS whilst building positive and productive relationships with customer representatives. This role may provide service delivery in respect of specific or combined HR functions. Responsibilities and Accountabilities: Essential Functions:  •    Attends to WFP functional inquiries/requests/transactions as assigned in accordance with established policies and procedures •    Ensures all transactions are processed, documented and delivered within defined SLAs and quality standards and that work instructions are diligently followed; escalates issues as needed  •    Ensures all new process updates are incorporated while processing transactions •    Responds to customer needs and inquiries, exercises good judgment in applying concepts and guidelines •    Participates in peer-level review of deliverables as assigned; records and reports both positive and negative findings •    Responds to emails and enquires in a timely manner •    Prepares and contributes to reporting as
